Refund and Returns Policy

Processing and Delivery of Art:

The creative Art process will take a maximum of ONE week. The ordered art/product will be shipped safely and FREE of cost.

For international buyers, the copyrighted creative art image file for single use will be delivered via a download link.

Packing of Items:

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is waterproof with plastic wrap.

Shipping Charges :

FREE Shipping within India for a single product. In other countries, you can get the Art in Digital format depending on the customer.

Estimated delivery time

Once we get an order confirmed Brammam.com will process the order and ship the item in the next 7 days. International orders will be delivered in 22 working days.

Delivery Methods:

We are sending products through reputed courier companies Professional Courier, and French Express Couriers, and also using other companies like Bluedart, and India Post based on the shipping address.

International Delivery:

For international buyers, the copyrighted creative art image file for single use will be delivered via a download link.

Tracking of Orders:

Brammam.com will share the tracking details of the shipment with customers so that customers themselves can track the shipment through our courier partner websites.

Taxes within India and Outside India:

Within India, all the product prices shown on the website include 18% GST. For International customers, Customs Duty & other international taxes will be added, etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.

Refund policy & Refund procedure

We have 7 day easy return policy for all the products. The refund will be processed within 21 business days after the product is returned.

Kindly note that no refunds or returns are available for international buyers. The creative art image will be provided via a download link and is intended for single use only.

We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund products that are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, are the wrong size, or do not match the photo or description as given on Brammam.com.

The customer has to get back to Brammam.com customer care through phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting the description. The customer will have to send an image of the product by email in case she claims that the product is damaged or does not meet the description. The customer will bear the return shipping to the seller for the product.
